Yum!Brands is an american fast food corporation founded in 1997, that previously traded under the name Tricon Global Restaurants. It operates the Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC and The Habit Burger Grill brands in all of their locations except China. Yum!Brands is one of the largest fast food companies in the world, operating over 43,000 restaurants in 135 nations. The company owns over 2,000 of the restaurants and the rest are franchised.
